Limited Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, including lost profits or operational disruptions.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for service failures due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
Your maximum claim against us is limited to the amount paid for the Service during the last billing cycle.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to My Crowd Coach if:
You violate these Terms.
Payment obligations are not met.
We determine that continued service poses legal, security, or operational risks.
